Finding a primary care physician, dentist or mental health provider. Applying for insurance and obtaining prescription assistance
Finding a stable place to live; improving home safety, getting rid of mold or pests
Obtaining legal assistance to help with difficulties in health access, housing and public benefits
Accessing public benefits such as social security and general assistance. Payments or concerns about utility bills or services, finding job training, etc
