2016 Martha Bushore-Fallis APLS Award

Dr. Bernard Dannenberg

We are pleased to inform you that Dr. Danneberg is  the 2016 recipient of the Martha Bushore-Fallis APLS Award.

He was nominated by Dr. Kajal Khanna for his hardwork in championing Pediatric Emergency Medicine Education amongst emergency medicine and pediatric physicians in the Northern California area. Additionally, his critical role in the development of the APLS and APLS-PALS Simulation courses that allowed physicians from all specialties who deal with acutely ill children to apply the knowledge learned through lecture and small group discussion.

He has been and continues to be a leader in Pediatric Emergency Medicine Education, always encouraging, supporting, facilitating and trying out new formats for teaching. 

He developed our successful APLS simulation course and pioneered the APLS-PALS course with Dr. Khanna.
